Beginner Track Session for Adults from 7.30pm - 8.30pm at the Regional Sports Centre

Tuesday

Improver/Competing Athletes at RSC 5:45pm for 6:00pm with 5K recovery run (optional) after

Juvenile Training (8 years and older) at RSC at 6:45pm for 7:00pm
Casual 4 to 6 mile road run starting at the RSC at 7:00pm
Wednesday Casual 4 to 6 mile road run in Tramore starting opposite the Majestic Hotel at 6:30pm
Circuit Training 7:00pm - 8:00pm. Adults €3 & Juvenile €2 (Aged 13 and updwards) - Continuing for the summer
Thursday Juvenile Circuits 6:00pm - 7:00pm for ages 8 and older @ Cillbarra Sports Centre
Casual 4 to 6 mile road run starting at the RSC at 7:00pm
Friday Improver/Competing Athletes at RSC 5:45pm for 6:00pm Session
Times for the weekend runs are a bit variable depending on who is doing them and as the distance increases the start times get earlier
Saturday Long run 6 to 10 miles from the Woodlands hotel at 9:30am
Juvenile Circuits 12:30pm - 1:30pm for ages 5, 6 and 7 @ Cillbarra Sports Centre

Juvenile Circuits 1:30pm - 2:30pm for ages 8 and older @ Cillbarra Sports Centre

Sunday

Long run 11 to 15 miles from the Woodlands hotel at 8:30am

Senior (18 or over on Jan 1st 2012) - €25

Juvenile - €15

Family Membership Rates
2 Seniors - €40
3 Seniors OR 2 Seniors & Up To 2 Juveniles - €60
1 Senior and Up To 3 Juveniles - €60
Each additional Juvenile member to the family listed above €12
